As of February 2023, the 2022 Tesuque Community Plan has been approved by the Santa Fe County Commission but has not yet been incorporated into the Santa Fe County Code.

Here is a link to the Sustainable Land Development Code (the Tesuque Overlay is contained in Chapter 9.5). Amendments are placed separately on the County Website. It is anticipated that Chapter 9.5 will be amended sometime in 2023.
